Mosaic Courses in Canberra
Hi all,
I am now offering courses in Mosaics in Richardson – a southern Canberra suburb. I have secured a wonderful teaching space – the Richmond Community House.
I will be running a series of workshops, classes and social sessions. Maximum class size is 8 people, so you can be sure to get plenty of attention.
- Classes are geared for the beginner and will run over a term (4-6 weeks). These provide an opportunity to learn more about mosaics – safety, longevity, products, tools, techniques, etc.
- Workshops result in participants taking home a completed piece. Most are one-day (10am-4pm), with some running over 2 days. The jewellery workshops will be shorter (2hrs).
- In the warmer months, I hope to run some more relaxed social sessions in the outdoor space.
Workshops will cover a whole range of topics including:
- For the garden: suncatchers, garden mobiles and mirrors, garden stakes, bird and bee baths, posh pots;
- For the home: Wall art, Trivets, Candle holders, vases, night-lights; and
- For you: a series of mosaic pendants, brooches and earrings.

Cancellation policy:
In the unlikely event that I have to cancel, I will issue a full refund.
If you cancel more than 7 days prior to the event, I will refund total cost, less any fees (Afterpay/Credit Card).
Within 7 days of the course, I will refund 50% course cost less any fees (Afterpay/Credit Card).
Hi do you have any one or 2 day workshops coming up
I will be running some on October. What sort of copurse are you most interested in? Glass tiles/Stained Glass/ Crash (tempered) glass. Beginners/intermediate. A workshop (1 day + grouting) where you make a piece, or ongoing lessons where you learn more about mosaics?
