Bring some friends, or just come along and learn something new. This is a great class to do with a group of friends! 

In this workshop you will create a piece on MDF to hang on your wall or display on a stand, using tempered (or crash) glass. The shape is suitable for inside only.

Tempered glass is fabulous stuff to work with, and gives a marvelous effect.

Learn:

• how to source tempered glass
• the clean way to use tempered glass
• how to grout a mosaic

Class fee includes:

• all materials
• use of tools on the day
• personal instruction
• a set of reference notes to keep
• light refreshments

Students to bring:

• Apron – full body coverage
• Pen and paper to take notes
• covered water bottle – keep hydrated and protect against flying chips
• Camera – most phone cameras should suffice. It helps to know how to convert your image to black & white
• P2/N95 mask – If you don’t own one, you can purchase one here (https://merlinmosaica.com/product/p2-respirator-mask/) and I will have it ready for you
• Lunch (a full kitchen facilities available for your use)

Notes:

Students to wear closed toe shoes and old clothes.

Safety glasses are not really necessary for this class, as there is no cutting involved. However, by all means bring some if you prefer.

Courses run between 10am and 4pm. Please arrive 15 minutes prior, so we can kick off on time. Time to grab a coffee before the class!

In the unlikely event that I have to cancel, I will issue a full refund.

If you cancel more than 7 days prior to the event, I will refund total cost, less any fees (Eventbrite).

Within 7 days of the course, I will refund 50% course cost less any fees (Eventbrite).
