Merlin Mosaica – Course Cancellation policy

Weekly Classes – Minimum attendance levels

If  less than 2 students can attend, I will cancel the session, as the room hire costs more than your fees.

Tickets are purchased 2 at a time, to give me some assistance on planning sessions.

Workshops – Visiting Tutors

If Merlin Mosaica has to cancel a workshop you will receive your choice of a full refund or credit for another workshop from the same tutor (if available)

If you withdraw from a workshop:

• 21 days or more before the start date of the workshop:
  • The full fee will be refunded minus a cancellation fee
• 20 days or less before the start date of the workshop:
  • If we can fill your place, the full fee will be refunded minus a cancellation fee
  • Otherwise, no refunds or credits will be given

Workshops – Merlin Mosaica

Merlin Mosaica reserves the right to cancel any class or workshop.  If Merlin Mosaica has to cancel a workshop you will receive your choice of a full refund or credit for another workshop.

If you withdraw from a workshop:

• 6 days or more before the start date of the workshop:
  • The full fee will be refunded minus a cancellation fee
  • or your can receive a credit towards a future class, to the value paid minus the cancellation fee
• 5 days or less before the start date of the workshop:
  • If we can fill your place, the full fee will be refunded minus the cancellation fee
  • Otherwise, no refunds or credits will be given.
