Merlin Mosaica – Course Cancellation policy

Merlin Mosaica reserves the right to cancel any class or workshop

Multi-Week Classes

If Merlin Mosaica has to cancel a class you will receive your choice of a full refund or credit for another class.

If you withdraw from a multi-week class: 

• 7 days or more, before the first day of class: 
  • If we can fill your place, the full fee will be refunded minus a $35 processing fee
  • Otherwise, you will be refunded the workshop fee minus the deposit element and a processing fee of $35
• 6 to 4 days before the first day of class: 
  • Receive a credit towards a future class, minus a $35 processing fee OR
    • If we can fill your place, the full fee will be refunded minus a $35 processing fee
    • Otherwise, you will be refunded the workshop fee minus the deposit element and a processing fee of $35
• 3 days or less before the first day of class:
  • No refunds or credits will be given.

Workshops – Visiting Tutors

If Merlin Mosaica has to cancel a workshop you will receive your choice of a full refund or credit for another workshop from the same tutor (if available)

If you withdraw from a workshop:

• 21 days or more before the start date of the workshop:
  • If we can fill your place, the full fee will be refunded minus a $35 processing fee
  • Otherwise, you will be refunded the workshop fee minus the deposit element and a processing fee of $35
• 20 days or less before the start date of the workshop:
  • If we can fill your place, the full fee will be refunded minus a $35 processing fee
  • Otherwise, no refunds or credits will be given

  • You can receive a credit towards a future class, minus a $35 processing fee.
• 5 days or less before the start date of the workshop:
  • If we can fill your place, the full fee will be refunded minus a $35 processing fee
  • Otherwise, no refunds or credits will be given.
