Bring some friends, or just come along and learn something new. This is a great class to do with a group of friends!

Make something for our bee friends, that is pretty too. Using glass tiles, you can make something like this, and our bees will thank you for it.

FUN FACT: Bees are drawn to the colour blue!

You will be using pre-cut stained glass and glass drops and tiles, working on a 21sm diameter terracotta pot saucer, that I have pre-primed. I will show you how to work cleanly with a silicone-like adhesive, and you will use a waterproof epoxy grout.

• No previous experience necessary
• No cutting required (or maybe just a little bit!)
• Learn the clean way to use a polymer adhesive

Class fee includes:

Students to bring:

• Apron – full body coverage
• Pen and paper to take notes
• covered water bottle – keep hydrated and protect against flying chips
• Camera – most phone cameras should suffice. It helps to know how to convert your image to black & white
• Safety glasses – If you don’t own a pair, you can purchase them here and I will have them ready for you
• P2/N95 mask – If you don’t own one, you can purchase one here (https://merlinmosaica.com/product/p2-respirator-mask/) and I will have it ready for you
• Lunch (full kitchen facilities available for your use)

Notes:

Students to wear closed toe shoes and old clothes.

This workshop runs between 10am and 4pm. Please arrive 15 minutes prior, so we can kick off on time.

Cancellation policy:

• In the unlikely event that I have to cancel, I will issue a full refund.
• If you cancel more than 7 days prior to the event, I will refund total cost, less any fees (Afterpay/Credit Card/Eventbrite).
• Within 7 days of the course, I will refund 50% course cost less any fees (Afterpay/Credit Card/Eventbrite).
• If you wish to transfer to another class, I can do that at no additional cost. You would only have to pay the balance if the costs are different.
