Description

Seal-Kwik® mirror edge sealer protects against black edge. This specially designed formula seals the mirror edge against contaminants, and the unique, built-in applicator eliminates “over spray” wasted material and added labour. Unlike spray sealant, Seal-Kwik goes on fast and easy with a sponge-dauber top, with no running, spilling or wasteful overspray. Seal-Kwik dries clear.

Application Instructions:

  1. Clean any contaminants from the mirror edge with isopropyl alcohol
  2. DO NOT SHAKE THE EDGE SEALER. This may cause air bubbles
  3. DO NOT FREEZE
  4. Remove cap & protective plug. Attach dauber to the bottle.
  5. Pat bottle on a solid surface to saturate the dauber tip.
  6. Position wide part of applicator flat against the mirror back & narrow part against the edge.
  7. Holding bottle perpendicular to the mirror back, draw it smoothly along the surface to be sealed.
  8. For longer edges, squeeze bottle gently for a continuous flow.
  9. Allow 2-3 minutes to dry, depending on temperature & humidity.
  10. Replace cap after use.
  11. We recommend using 3-4 coats on the back and sides of the mirror.

I am improving shipping calculations on the site, but there may be some orders that are still calculating incorrectly. Most orders calculate box sizes correctly, but some products that ship individually (such as grouts), may require manual adjustment by me at processing time.

If you have overpaid shipping I will refund, or issue a credit. If you have underpaid, I will invoice for the difference.

My shipping charges comprise Aussie Post charges, the boxes, tape and eco-fill, and other packing materials. I use re-cycled materials whenever I can. I endeavour to pack orders safely, whilst minimising shipping charges.

Whilst I DO endeavour to ship as soon as I possibly can, I cannot guarantee to ship out the same day as the order is received. I operate this business alone without assistance.

SHIPPING OF TUBS:

Tubs will ONLY ship in boxes, not satchels

1-2 SMALL tubs will fit into a SMALL Post box, 3-8 SMALL tubs will fit into a MEDIUM Post box

More than 8 will require a non-standard box (cost depends on postcode and weight, but is approx)

1-4 LARGE tubs will fit into a MEDIUM Post box

More than 4 will require a non-standard box (cost depends on postcode and weight)

SHIPPING OF GLASS:

1-5 Sheets will fit into a SMALL GLASS BOX (weight approx 3 kgs), Larger orders will need one or more large glass boxes. Express postage on these parcels MAY cost more than $5. Cost will depend on the weight AND your postcode.
