I package carefully. However, damage may occur during transit. Product is shipped entirely at your own risk.

Mostly shipping is calculated correctly, but some errors may occur, due to the complexities of combining products in one order.

If you have overpaid shipping I will refund, or issue a credit. If you have underpaid, I will invoice for the difference.

My shipping charges comprise Aussie Post charges, and packing materials. I use re-cycled materials whenever I can. I endeavour to pack orders safely, whilst minimising shipping charges.

I operate this business alone without assistance.  Whilst I DO endeavour to ship as soon as I possibly can, I cannot guarantee to ship out the same day as the order is received. I am currently shipping orders on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays.

SHIPPING OF GLASS:

1-5 Sheets will fit into a SMALL GLASS BOX (weight approx. 3 kgs), Larger orders will need one or more large glass boxes. Express postage on these parcels MAY cost more than $5. Cost will depend on the weight AND your postcode.
