Looking for a particular shape, but can’t find it? Why not design your own? Final pricing (including shipping) to be determined.
Please email a clear, black and white photograph of the required design to info@merlinmosaica.com using your order number as a reference.
To use Merlin Mosaica’s custom design service, we require:
- a clear image of the shape required:
- preferably black on white
- photograph preferred
- .jpg or .pdf format
- clearly defined measurements (height, width and thickness)
- NOTE: in the drop down, select the LARGEST dimension
- If other sizes are required, please email me
- nomination of the preferred substrate material:
- If you are unsure, please call me to discuss the positioning of the final piece, so we can discuss what would be most suitable.
- Coloured and mirrored acrylic sheets are available in 3mm only. If you require a size > 200mm, these may need to be braced or backed to ensure sufficient strength. If you want this to be done, extra costs will be involved (to be quoted during the design process)
- Merlin Mosaica reserves the right to offer the resultant shape for purchase in my store:
- If I assess the shape of suitable for my range I will absorb the design fee (providing you agree);
- Otherwise, a design fee of $10 will apply
Payment
- All payments are to be made direct to my Bank account (i.e. no C/Card, PayPal or Afterpay payments will be accepted)
- I will advise total cost once the design is set
- No Seniors discounts will apply on Custom Designs
- Shipping charges will apply
- Once the design work has commenced, the design fee is payable, even if the final purchase does not go ahead.
- Once the design has been approved, payment:
- Is required in full
- cannot be cancelled
I am currently shipping orders on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Fridays.
I operate this business without assistance. Whilst I DO endeavour to ship as soon as I possibly can, I cannot guarantee to ship out the same day as the order is received.
1-10 Silverback mini glass sheets will fit into a STANDARD SMALL post box.
1-5 Hobby Squares will fit into a SMALL glass box.
Larger orders will require one or more LARGE glass boxes. Express postage on these parcels is dependant on your postcode. Please email me for a quote if required.
Postage Unders & Overs:
Some errors may occur in shipping calculations, due to the complexities of combining products in one order. If you have overpaid shipping I will refund, or issue a credit. If you have underpaid, I will invoice for the difference. If you feel the postage charge is incorrect – please contact me by phone (most immediate) or email.
No refunds will be given for glass sheets damaged in transit.
I package carefully. However, damage may occur during transit. Product is shipped entirely at your own risk.Â
International Shipping:
- – You can now request a Shipping Quote. Please allow a few days to get a response (due to time differences) as these are prepared manually at the end of the business day.
- – If purchasing from the US, be aware that US Government Tariffs and Postal Clearance fees will be included on your order. Merlin Mosaica charges a small processing fee. Read more here
- – Apologies – I do NOT ship glass internationally.Â
- – Grouts ship to Australia and New Zealand only.
Free Postage (Australia only) on orders above $250 will NOT apply:
- – If more than one parcel is required. I will apply Free Shipping to the most expensive (shipping-wise) parcel. I will bill you for shipping on other parcel(s) in the order.
- – If a Seniors/Pension Discount code is used. Please consider carefully which option presents the best value to you.
