Description

This is a Glow in the Dark house number.  Made to go outside, it features stained glass and tile, on the front surface and sides. Grouted with glow in the dark epoxy grout.

• Backer is exterior rated.
• Grouted with hard wearing epoxy grout – never requires sealing

Whilst this piece is NOT available, I am happy to discuss the creation of something similar for you. (As a handmade item, no two pieces will ever be the same!)

• All payments are to be made direct to my Bank account (i.e. no C/Card, PayPal or Afterpay payments will be accepted)
• Once approval to proceed with the design, a design fee is payable, even if the final purchase does not go ahead.  The design process includes:
  • a rough-out of the design
  • suggested materials
  • indicative cost
  • allows for a number of iterations (varies depending on the complexity and size of the piece.
• Once the design has been approved, a payment plan will be developed:
  • The initial payment will cover materials cost, and 25% of the estimated labour.
  • payment will be broken into various stages, depending on the overall value of the commission.
  • I retain ownership of the piece until completed.
