Ultra Stains have been selected for being the best quality stains available anywhere in the world. Sourced from a number of different manufacturers, each stain is tested to ensure each batch received meets a rigorous quality standard. They also undergo independent random EN71 Part III testing to ensure that heavy metal release levels are within safe limits.
- Not suitable for use with Epoxy Grout
- NOTE: Too much pigment will weaken grout. Mix approximately 5-10% of pigment into your dry grout or adhesive
- Colours have differing densities, so some jars will appear almost full, whilst others may only be half full.
- The use of gloves and protective clothing, including respiratory protection is advised when dealing with ANY dry grouts and pigments
- Wash skin after exposure
Most shipping is calculated correctly, but some errors may occur, due to the complexities of combining products in one order. If you have overpaid shipping I will refund, or issue a credit. If you have underpaid, I will invoice for the difference.
I operate this business alone without assistance. Whilst I DO endeavour to ship as soon as I possibly can, I cannot guarantee to ship out the same day as the order is received. I am currently shipping orders on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays.

SHIPPING OF GLASS:
1-5 Sheets will fit into a SMALL GLASS BOX (weight approx. 3 kgs), Larger orders will need one or more large glass boxes. Express postage on these parcels MAY cost more than $5. Cost will depend on the weight AND your postcode.
