I am improving shipping calculations on the site, but there may be some orders that are still calculating incorrectly. Most orders calculate box sizes correctly, but some products that ship individually (such as grouts), may require manual adjustment by me at processing time.

If you have overpaid shipping I will refund, or issue a credit. If you have underpaid, I will invoice for the difference.

My shipping charges comprise Aussie Post charges, and packing materials. I use re-cycled materials whenever I can. I endeavour to pack orders safely, whilst minimising shipping charges.

Whilst I DO endeavour to ship as soon as I possibly can, I cannot guarantee to ship out the same day as the order is received. I operate this business alone without assistance.

SHIPPING OF GLASS:

1-5 Sheets will fit into a SMALL GLASS BOX (weight approx 3 kgs), Larger orders will need one or more large glass boxes. Express postage on these parcels MAY cost more than $5. Cost will depend on the weight AND your postcode.
