No Days Adhesives

I’ve committed to importing some mosaic film adhesive to offer you.

This comes in 2 forms:

• Clear Adhesive film: This is ideal for quick little projects on flat surfaces. Best used on substrates that have a lip or frame, to constrain the movement of the tesserae when the film melts.
• Groutless adhesive film: This comes in Black, Pewter or Clear. It is a thicker form of the adhesive film. Simply put, when it melted, the tesserae sink into it, so it inflls the interstices as a grout would. Great for jewellery or small projects on a flat substrate.

The adhesive works on tile, MDF, stone, glass, metal, and even concrete. Due to the need for high heat to activate, it is not recommended for use on plastic. Can be activated by a heat gun, or in the oven (at 80deg C for 20 mins).

There is also a Mosaic Mesh as well.

These products are great to use in a workshop or demonstration setting, as they avoid long wait time whilst your pieces dry before grouting. Once these pieces are cool, they are ready to go!
