There are no returns for change of mind, cancellations or exchanges on Special Order Products.
Free Postage on orders above $250 will not apply if a Seniors/Pension Discount code is used. Please consider carefully which option presents the best value to you.
Some errors may occur in shipping calculations, due to the complexities of combining products in one order. If you have overpaid shipping I will refund, or issue a credit. If you have underpaid, I will invoice for the difference.
I operate this business without assistance. Whilst I DO endeavour to ship as soon as I possibly can, I cannot guarantee to ship out the same day as the order is received. I am currently shipping orders on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays.
I package carefully. However, damage may occur during transit. Product is shipped entirely at your own risk.
International Shipping:
My website does not allow international customers to check out. Please e-mail me a list of the products you want (you can create a wishlist and email it to me), your shipping address and the preferred method of payment. I will prepare a quote and email it to you. If acceptable, I will send a payment request/invoice. Items will be shipped once payment has cleared.
Apologies – I do NOT ship glass internationally.
