Description

An easy answer for a large, or small, exterior installation. Create the mosaic in your studio on the mesh and transport to the location and install. 1m x 1.2m wide, sold rolled or folded

  • Mosaic mesh for the direct mesh mosaic method, used with adhesive.
  • You may need to cut the design once on the mesh to make transport and installing easier/ less heavy.
  • It is also a great way to send a mosaic gift to a friend or community project.  Create the mosaic on the mesh and post with instructions for installation.

Rolled mesh:

  • will be mailed in a separate package.
  • If other items are purchased with this item, you may be charged additional shipping for those products

How to use:

  • Fix your design to a board, cover with clear plastic, then place your mesh over the top and tape it all down so it stays in place while you are working.
  • I recommend using a waterproof adhesive to fix your tesserae to the mesh.
  • Once dry, peel the plastic from the back, cut off the excess mesh from around the edges and then using a tile adhesive install your mosaic design.
  • Leave to dry, grout.
  • You can also soak strips in a watered down tile adhesive to cover/wrap and change a shape or to smooth out a textured surface to make it rigid and suitable for mosaic.

I operate this business without assistance.  Whilst I DO endeavour to ship as soon as I possibly can, I cannot guarantee to ship out the same day as the order is received. I am currently shipping orders on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Fridays.

1-10 Silverback mini glass sheets will fit into a STANDARD SMALL post box.
1-5 Hobby Squares will fit into a SMALL glass box.
Larger orders will require one or more LARGE glass boxes.  Express postage on these parcels is dependant on your postcode. Please email me for a quote if required.

I package carefully. However, damage may occur during transit. Product is shipped entirely at your own risk.

International Shipping:

My website does not allow international customers to check out. Please e-mail me a list of the products you want (you can create a wishlist and email it to me), your shipping address and the preferred method of payment. I will prepare a quote and email it to you.  If acceptable, I will send a payment request/invoice. Items will be shipped once payment has cleared.

Apologies – I do NOT ship glass internationally.  Grouts ship to Australia and New Zealand only.
