A grout and Adhesive all in one!!

NO Days Groutless is a thick, heat activated adhesive sheet designed not only to adhere tiles to a variety of substrates but also to fill in your grout lines during heating.  It is 30cm wide, and is sold in 30cm lengths for jewellery making.  You can also purchase by the metre here.  If longer lengths are required, please contact us.

For jewellery, I recommend you use 2 layers. Don’t worry – a little goes a long way, and make sure you keep ALL your scraps!  Sprinkle on glitter for added sparkle, or rub over with mica powder.

• use with heat gun, or in your oven, or on a hot plate (I use a George Foreman grill, or portable hot plate, and a biscuit tray). When working with kids, I find the grill or hot-plate the easiest. The pieces only need a minute or two.
• fills gaps between tesserae – no grout needed
• reheat to remove or shift pieces
• Bonds to a variety of surfaces (direct method)
• Designed for both interior and exterior application
• Quicker and cleaner than using liquid or cement adhesives
• Non-toxic, no fume by product
• Neutral-cure – suitable for mirror or Van Gogh glass
• Can be used outside (NOTE: The colour may leach out over time)… Has even been used to create bird-baths – how cool is that?

To use in your Oven:

• heat your oven to 110degrees C.
• Pop the project in for 10-20 mins on an oven tray
• Check your project, and remove when the film liquefies
• nudge your tesserae into shape with some tweezers.
• once it cools, it’s done.

To use with Children:

• Use on a hot plate (I use a George Foreman grill, or portable hot plate, and a biscuit tray).
• Place the pieces on a biscuit tray or similar,
• Pop onto the heated grill for a couple of minutes, until the glue melts.
• Take off the heat.
• You can sprinkle glitter, frit or oxide onto the liquefied glue for a snazzy look!
• when The glue cools, it solidifies, and you’re done.
• you can re-position things, by returning to the heat!
