Free Postage on orders above $250 will not apply if a Seniors/Pension Discount code is used.  Please consider carefully which option presents the best value to you. NOTE: Some products may be exempt from Free Postage (such as the 18kg Pal Tiya)

Some errors may occur in shipping calculations, due to the complexities of combining products in one order.  If you have overpaid shipping I will refund, or issue a credit. If you have underpaid, I will invoice for the difference.

I operate this business without assistance.  Whilst I DO endeavour to ship as soon as I possibly can, I cannot guarantee to ship out the same day as the order is received. I am currently shipping orders on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays.

I package carefully. However, damage may occur during transit. Product is shipped entirely at your own risk.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

I DO ship internationally, but orders must be placed via email, including your shipping address, and preferred payment method.  I will respond with a shipping quotation and invoice. Some product and country exclusions may apply.  More information is available HERE
