Emails regarding Order Status

I send out various emails as your orders move through the processing chain …
Order Awaiting fabrication:
  • As you know, my shapes are custom made. This status means that I have received your order, and submitted it to my fabricator.
  • It may take him a few days to cut and return them to me, particularly in the lead-up to Christmas.
  • Your patience is appreciated.

– Order Awaiting Fulfilment:

  • Some products are not carried in stock, due to space constraints, or may be high turn-over products.
  • As such there will be a delay whilst orders are shipped to me by my distributor. (A good example at the moment is the popular SeaBell Mosaic tools). They are selling fast.
  • Allowing pre-orders ensures that people don’t miss out once my stocks arrive.
  • With some other items, it enables me to tailor my ordering to meet your demand, whilst maximising value for my shipping dollar (and thus keep prices lower where possible).

– Your Order is Ready for Processing: I have received your order, and funds have been cleared. I will process your order in the order in which they are received.

– Your Order is On Hold:
  • Your order has been received, and is On Hold until funds have cleared in my account. Once cleared funds are in our account, will will move your order to the processing Queue.
  • Orders may also be placed On Hold if there is something that needs to be discussed with you regarding the order, or at your request

– Your Shipping Quote is now Available:

  • I have processed your Shipping Quote. Go back into your Shipping Cart to access it. If accessible, finalise your order.

– Your Order is now complete:

  • I have picked and packed your order.
  • Your Tracking number is included in the email, with a link to take you to the Australia Post tracking page

– Your Order has been refunded:

  • You have either received a full or partial refund, via your payment method.
