Spare Chopping blade for the MCM Mosaic Cutting Machine
This is a single Replacement Cutting Blade for Hasal Mosaic Chopping Machines.
- Note that the Hasal machine requires 2 (TWO) blades.
- Both the upper and lower blade are interchangeable.
- Hard HSS tool steel
- Blade length 28 mm
- Thickness 4mm.

- This little smalti/stone cutting machine is great for when you have a lot of smalti/stone to cut, and nippers or
hammer are tiring the arm and hand! More “uniform” cuts can be achieved. The unit is very well made, and the only
assembly is to screw the weighted end caps on the handle. The handle turns very easily.
- It is amazing how easy that this Mosaic Chopping Machine works. I chopped Murine rods for about 4 hours and was not tired at all. My hands and wrists were not tired nor hurting at all. I love this tool and highly recommend it.
- This is a great tool. I’ve had 7 hand surgeries and needed adaptive tools to use for mosaics. One thing to note, the pieces shoot out both sides when you cut them, so it’s a good idea to mount it inside of an enclosure.

I operate this business without assistance. Whilst I DO endeavour to ship as soon as I possibly can, I cannot guarantee to ship out the same day as the order is received.
- – 5 full sheets (10 half sheets) fit into one Pizza-style box, approx. weight is 3 kilos.
- – 6-10 full sheets will fit into a large glass box.
- – 11 full sheets or more will require a shipping quote based on your postcode, as they are NOT standard sizing.

Postage Unders & Overs:
Some errors may occur in shipping calculations, due to the complexities of combining products in one order. If you have overpaid shipping I will refund, or issue a credit. If you have underpaid, I will invoice for the difference. If you feel the postage charge is incorrect – please contact me by phone (most immediate) or email.
No refunds will be given for glass sheets damaged in transit.
I package carefully. However, damage may occur during transit. Product is shipped entirely at your own risk.
International Shipping:
- – You can now request a Shipping Quote. Please allow a few days to get a response (due to time differences) as these are prepared manually at the end of the business day.
- – If purchasing from the US, be aware that US Government Tariffs and Postal Clearance fees will be included on your order. Merlin Mosaica charges a small processing fee. Read more here

- – Grouts ship to Australia and New Zealand only.
Free Postage (Australia only) on orders above $250 will NOT apply:
- – If more than one parcel is required. I will apply Free Shipping to the most expensive (shipping-wise) parcel. I will bill you for shipping on other parcel(s) in the order.
