  • Water Wave Stabilizer & Support System: The uniquely designed main grid has incorporated supports and baffles on the underside to stabilize work surface and limit water movement during tray transport.

Fill to the Water Level Mark indicated inside the reservoir to ensure an optimal amount of water and prevent overfilling. Reservoir water level can be continuously monitored through the EZ-View Windows. The cut outs allow the Lift Grid to be easily removed for addition of water or cleaning.
  • Universal Quick-Fit Bit System:

      Engineered with an industrial elastomer, the patented Quick-Fit Bit System absorbs grinding vibration and can be adjusted vertically on the grinder shaft, enabling full utilization of the grinding surface. Changing bits is fast, even for individuals with reduced grip strength. Replacement sleeves available in Rapid, Standard, Fine varieties.
  • The Aqua Flow System: The patented Aqua Flow System brush bristles transfer water from the reservoir to grinding bit heads via capillary action, requiring addition of water only at the onset of grinding.

I operate this business without assistance.  Whilst I DO endeavour to ship as soon as I possibly can, I cannot guarantee to ship out the same day as the order is received.

1-10 Silverback mini glass sheets will fit into a STANDARD SMALL post box.
1-5 Hobby Squares will fit into a SMALL glass box.
Larger orders will require one or more LARGE glass boxes.  Express postage on these parcels is dependant on your postcode. Please email me for a quote if required.

Postage Unders & Overs:

Some errors may occur in shipping calculations, due to the complexities of combining products in one order.  If you have overpaid shipping I will refund, or issue a credit. If you have underpaid, I will invoice for the difference.  If you feel the postage charge is incorrect – please contact me by phone (most immediate) or email.

No refunds will be given for glass sheets damaged in transit.
I package carefully. However, damage may occur during transit. Product is shipped entirely at your own risk. 

International Shipping:

  • – You can now request a Shipping Quote. Please allow a few days to get a response (due to time differences) as these are prepared manually at the end of the business day.
  • – If purchasing from the US, be aware that US Government Tariffs and Postal Clearance fees will be included on your order.  Merlin Mosaica charges a small processing fee. Read more here
  • – Apologies – I do NOT ship glass internationally. 
  • – Grouts ship to Australia and New Zealand only.

Free Postage (Australia only) on orders above $250 will NOT apply:

  • – If more than one parcel is required.  I will apply Free Shipping to the most expensive (shipping-wise) parcel.  I will bill you for shipping on other parcel(s) in the order.
